In order for junior members to use our fitness center, they must first complete our Teen Nutrition & Training program, which is taught by our personal trainers. Your older kids might want to join you in weight lifting or running on the treadmill. We have a whole variety of programs for your family to try on the all-inclusive Monthly Family Calendar! The calendar will constantly evolve, so check back frequently to see what’s new. That might mean trying a variety of things to see what sticks. Choose any activity that gets your family moving, especially something that your kids will actively participate in and enjoy. Exercises could range from playing basketball or tennis, going for a walk, spending time in the fitness center together, or doing exercise classes tailored for parents and kids – like Family Bootcamp or Family Yoga. You can start out slowly, but do it on a regular basis. Take it a step further and bring them along to the club with you.
